Très très décevant

Emplacement exceptionnel, personnel très aimable, mais l’hôtel et son équipement a globalement très mal vieilli et ne dispose d’aucune des commodités que tout le monde recherche aujourd’hui dans un hôtel disposant d’un minimum de confort : pas de tv, pas de wifi, pas de sèche serviette, baignoire des années 90… bref, pour une suite à 370€/nuit, ma femme et moi étions profondément déçu, avec quasiment le sentiment de nous être fait voler. Dommage car tout le personnel est clairement devoué et l’emplacement est tout simplement magique.

Tres decu ! Heureux d'être parti apres 2 jours

Très déçu. Un 4 étoiles au prix d'un 5. Les points positifs: Yoan le chauffeur de la navette qui est juste parfait. Sébastien à la réception qui fait de son mieux. Et le barman Evan qui est super adorable et pro. Une vue depuis les terrasses des chambres à couper le souffle. La déco fait un peu brocante mais il y a plus à voir à lnterieur du château que dans le musée lui même. Pour le reste au secours: A la réception, Sébastien subit une femme désagréable et désinvolte avec lui et les clients. Les chambres manquent des plus simple équipements (baignoire cassé, sèche serviette hors service,... pas de Tv, bouilloire,...) gros problème car pas de réseau portable, ni de wifi. Les murs s'effritent, établissements à éviter si vous êtes allergique. La piscine est juste scandaleusement sale, filtre ouvert. et pourtant l'eau est contrôler par l'ARS, étrange... Les chambres sentent l'humidité. La baignoire en plus de ne pas être réparée n'a pas de rideaux, quel galère de prendre une douche du coup. Manque de prises électrique partout, de lumière,... manque de tout (ni réfrigérateur, ni bouilloire, rien...) Petit déjeuné dans une salle minuscule avec un mélange avec un serveur pro et courtois et une femme qui ne semble être concernée par rien et surtout pas son travail, et très désagréable voir agressive, nous avons faillit repartir. A la réception, pour 300 euro la nuit on vous demande si ce sera nécessaire de refaire la chambre, c'était la blague du jour ! LOL Bienvenue au monastère !

Der Blick aus dem Hotelfenster auf Hafen und Meer, das Gekreische der Möwen, das ist einzigartig, die ganze Schlossanlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Hotelpersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Man ist aber in einem alten Schloss, die Zimmer sind zwar grosszügig, aber seit Jahrzehnten nicht mehr renoviert, zum Beispiel gibts keine Dusche, bloss eine Sitzbadewanne. WLAN gibts bloss an der Reception. Trotz allem wars wunderbar.

Very happy with our stay

Best part of our stay on the island. The monument is impressive, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu is limited but we were happy with the ambiance and food. We would recommend the hotel for those who appreciate historical buildings

Das Hotel liegt sicher sehr dramatisch mit wunderbaren Ausblicken auf der Zitadelle, direkt über dem Hafen. Es gibt Zimmer zum Meer und zum Garten. Sehr dicke Mauern, dadurch in kühl im Sommer, In unserem Zimmer war keine Klimaanlage, Unbedingt Zimmer in der ersten oder zweiten Etage nehmen, unter dem Dach ist es zu heiß. WLAN gibt es tatsächlich nur an der Rezeption, nicht in den Zimmern. Wir hatten eien super Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer, konnten ihn aber nicht benutzen, da es Dort aggressive Möwen gibt. Die Zitadelle selber ist riesig und bietet wunderbare Ausblicke und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, auch nach nach den Öffnungszeiten. Das Restaurant des Hotels ist sehr schön innerhalb der Burg Mauern gelegen. Wir haben fort nicht gegessen, Preise sahen aber akzeptabel aus. Das erste Zimmer, welches wir dann gewechselt haben, war eine Katastrophe. Viel zu heiß, winzig kleines Fenster, keine Badezimmer Tür. Das zweite Zimmer war besser, bis auf die aggressiven Möwenauf dem Balkon. Pro Person und Tag werden zusätzlich fünf Euro lokale Steuern fällig. Das Frühstück kostet 18 € pro Person und ist ganz gut.

Séjour très agréable

Nous sommes restés une nuit en famille, le jour de la réouverture des terrasses. Séjour très agréable, le personnel a été très accommodant et vraiment très gentil. Beau cadre atypique, très belle vue. Restaurant très bon. Nous recommandons !

Un site d'exception

Situation exceptionnelle dominant la ville et le port à l'intérieur des murs de la citadelle. Grande chambre avec vue sur la mer. Confort et charme. Superbes salons. Agréable piscine extérieur. Un service de navette gratuit est proposé pour la gare maritime.

Original et parfait pour déconnecter

Parfait pour un sevrage: pas de télé, pas de Wifi et pas de réseau dans les chambres mais... vue sur mer, king bed, grande chambre. 10 mn à pied du port... local vélo avec possibilité de recharger les batteries sans avoir à les monter dans les chambres. Personnel sympathique.

hotel surprenant dans l'ancien fort.tres beau cadre, réception et accueil très sympathique, chambres confortables, bonne literie. seul reproche : le prix des petits déjeuners : 19 € !!! exagéré pour le choix proposé (Campanile propose un choix plus important pour 9€90 !) dommage, sinon tout est parfait...

Save Your Money

The hotel is beautiful and definitely worth looking at, but save the money and stay somewhere else. We received better service for much less price at other hotels. Our room was not clean upon arrival despite them knowing which ferry we were arriving on. This can be forgiven, except we were told it would be an hour and after 90 minutes, no one had contacted us. We checked in well past 5pm despite having one of the nicer rooms at a higher rate. There is no WIFI in the rooms only in the hallways and the lobby, so this is something to be aware of. The room was very clean and the view from our terrace outstanding. The view was the high light of the stay. Breakfast, at 19e, was disappointing. We arrived at the same time as 2 other parties. (one ahead of us; one behind). Both parties were seated and we were left standing in the hallway. After 20 minutes of waiting and finally seating ourselves on the terrace, I found someone to help us. Another group, behind us, had the same issue. The buffet was very limited. The girl serving us was very nice, but that didn't really make up for the time wasted despite having a 9am reservation. The second best part of the stay was the shuttle driver. He was friendly and funny.

Le séjour a été très agreable. Le site est grandiose. Le restaurant est à la hauteur. L'accueil est très administratif et le masque sous le nez est l'usage. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bon mais malheureusement le personnel est débordé face au port du masque obligatoire ! Une salariée est même venue nous demander de nous taire alors que nous demandions aux personnes qui rentraient se servir au buffet sans masque d'en mettre un, qu'il leur était impossible de l'imposer à la clientèle et que nous devions les laisser petitdéjeuner tranquilement. Nous sommes atterrés par tant d'irresponsabilité.

Hôtel avec du caractère et une vue magnifique. Charge d’histoire, il vaut mieux louer un scooter ou un vélo électrique pour y accéder , la citadelle se mérite si vous êtes à pieds. Les suites ont une petite terrasse Et une vue sur l’entrée du port. Le petit déjeuner est très correct , la salle est vieillotte. Si vous pouvez vous attabler dehors c’est un pur bonheur attention juste aux mouettes qui peuvent venir picorer votre croissant.
