"My fiancé and I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel de Provence. Rooms were clean and well up-kept, staff was kind and pleasant and location was perfect for walking distance to the train, beach, shopping and restaurants."

"Nice, cozy, and in a perfect location. I’m coming back to this hotel because it’s clean, the staff is friendly, the mattresses and bedding are comfortable, and the AC works well. This time, I had a single room with a window facing the train station, so it was definitely noisy. But after a busy day, I could still relax and sleep well. "Very poor services , I reported fridge and room phone not working , was ignored . Nothing was done about it . Customer service was really bad . We would ask for assistance and just ignore. Language bearer . Also we would go to bar area and would would have to look for attend , would wait there for about 15 to 20 mins . No one have have the decency of coming back to ask if we needed anything more !! Very very unhappy with the hotel stay ."

"My accommodation was spacious. I booked the Triple Room, which has two Balconies. All that was in our rooms was clean and positioned neatly. The staff are very kind and helpful as needed. They are a 24 hour service, which is amazing! The hotel itself is in a very convenient location because you’re not only directly across from the train station, but there is plenty of delicious food selection from cafés and restaurants that are all walking distance to some amazing areas. "Minute and uncomfortable rooms and bed with poor air conditioning. The pillow were are thin as paper despite asking for different ones. The bigger issue was 2 incidents at breakfast over 3 days where staff was very rude only when I asked for more eggs! They said that’s all we have. The second time it happened, I complained again to reception and another guest complained about the same woman when he asked for fresh eggs and she told him you have a lot of other food to eat! the manager then came...

"A generally well kept boutique hotel that does the basics well. Room was spacious and clean. We were happy with the location as it was only about a 10 minute walk to the beach promenade and close to transportation and restaurants while still feeling like we were away from tourist crowd. Air con works very well while breakfast was ok but overpriced. You don't really have much to do with staff. Would stay here again."
