My issue is that when we arrived I was not told about our executive room getting access to the lounge with drinks and a small continental breakfast. It caused a lot of confusion and I had to go to the room to contact Hilton. I tried chat and was on hold for 20 minutes, so I called and was told I did get the lounge, but was never given a card key for it. So I had to go back downstairs, get in...

"The day we were there it was the hotest temperature ever recorded, it was very surprising to me that the hotel didn’t have any ice even in the restaurant! we arrived at two pm and couldn’t find anything to eat in the neighborhood everything is closed until five! Be aware of this local restrictions, we were starving and hot!"

It’s a close walk to the free airport shuttles. No need to pay the crazy shuttle prices advertised in the lobby. Free welcome drink was nice."
