"Walked into reception to find a miserable looking woman holding her head in her hands, elbows on the desk. No greeting. Tried to charge me for breakfast even though it was already paid for on booking, 15 minute argument and would accept receipt as proof. Most of the lights in the room weren’t working, the room is wired wrong so all switches have to be on for any to work but you don’t know which combination of switches so that took 15 minutes to figure out. TV remote didn’t work. Asked at...

"Le personnel est très bien avec un bel accueil chaleureux La chambre et le lit sont corrects. L’établissement est propre. La dimension des sanitaires et de la douche sont problématiques. On se cogne facilement. A mon avis a éviter pour ceux mesurant plus d’1,80 m. Voiture indispensable pour plus de confort, malgré la présence du tram à 12 minutes. "
