"I like the fact that despite being usually very busy, the members of staff always have an open ear and attend promptly and usually with a smile to any issues or queries. The location of the hotel is super, at a hop step and jump from St Charles station. The view from the rooms towards the garden side is stunning and last but not least, there is a good breakfast included in the price."

"This was a lovely hotel in Marseille with a fabulous location. A short walk (15 min) to Vieux Port and easy access to bus lines and the metro. A nice clean pool with hot tubs. Our room was nice and clean, comfortable beds (even the pull out which is saying something) and the water pressure for the showers was amazing. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. "The hotel owner is extremely kind and professional. He checked us in early and upgraded our room. The room has 2 sofas and lots of space for 2 people. Very comfortable with a mini kitchen (hot water kittle, Nespresso coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and all the cups/dishes/utensils). It even has a mini dishwasher. Even though we didn’t use it but it was very confident, so you don’t need to do dishes during your vacation. There is also coin operated washers and dryers on the first floor....
