"Friendly staff. Clean rooms and common areas, pool water seemed cloudy. Nice and quiet. Would have liked to been told that there are no elevators so I could request first floor room. Sun deck quite worn but some patio furniture would have been nice. Will stay there again."

"We just needed a room for the night and we got a great deal here. You never know what to expect from little motels but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very quick and efficient. The room had everything we needed including a TV, nice bed, and a refrigerator. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. This is a no frills place. No coffee, no breakfast, just a simple place to rest. It's right next to a gas station, a couple restaurants, and a block or two from downtown Le Sueur...

"Very nice boutique style hotel in downtown Mankato. Many great restaurants within walking distance and very close to the campus. Extremely easy parking. The room was quiet, clean and we loved the view from the window. We will definitely stay there again."
