"Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. Thank you to all at Hotel Cristal!"

"Great location for Train/Buss connections and a short walk to the main shopping street and the Promenade. Rooms were basic but clean, the beds were very comfortable and the outdoor pool was in a nice Oasis garden setting. A great place to cool off after a day of walking/sightseeing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly a big shout out to Monty who went the extra mile for us on a few occasions."

"カンヌ国際映画祭の時期に3泊しました。カンヌ駅の目の前で、モナコやアンティーブにも行きやすく、また映画祭のさまざまな会場にも歩いてアクセスできるので、とても便利でした。 ドライヤーなど部屋にないものは、フロントで借りられました。毎日きれいに清掃してくれます。 鍵を一個しか借りられないので、2人以上で泊まって別行動をするときはフロントに預けていかなければいけませんでした。 あとエレベーターが少し怖いというか、日本にはない仕組みのものなので、荷物のみを乗せて、自分はあまり乗りませんでした。 また、次もカンヌ国際映画祭に行くことがあれば、このホテルを使いたいと思います。清潔でスタッフの感じも良く、荷物を預かってもらうのにも最高の場所でした。よかったです！"

"Abbiamo soggiornato due notti al Neho Suites Cannes Croisette. La posizione, la struttura e camera sono sicuramente punti positivi. Purtroppo, il servizio della reception è stato decisamente inadeguato e ha compromesso l’esperienza. Viaggiando con un cane di piccola taglia, mi ero accordato con il personale per agevolare le pulizie: sarei rientrato dalla spiaggia all’ora di pranzo per portarlo fuori. Al desk mi è stato detto che sarebbero bastati 20–30 minuti per pulire la camera una volta...

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Hotel insgesamt ein charmantes, liebevoll gestaltetes Boutique-Hotel. Die Lage ist für einen Aufenthalt in Cannes hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Dame, die sich um das Frühstück gekümmert hat. Sie war außergewöhnlich herzlich, aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück selbst war klein, aber fein und sehr lecker. Lediglich der Kaffee hat uns geschmacklich nicht überzeugt. Schade war, dass wir den Spa-Bereich nicht nutzen konnten, da dieser...

"The location is great, but thats about it. No elevator, no shower doors in the rooms, extremely small rooms. I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly and nice, but the property is not very appealing. I never realized how much I love a shower door."
