"Front desk check in was very welcoming, she was polite, informative, sincere about everything she said. Room was clean, roomie, no smells, air conditioner worked very well bathroom very clean, and room was very quiet. Breakfast was good and well maintained. One of the best places we have stayed in Branson!"

"The beds and pillows were good. The pull out mattress from the couch was 2 inches of springs to the point that I bought an air mattress instead for my daughter. The water park was not operating which I wasn’t informed of until check in. We would’ve stayed somewhere else. Offered a $200 gift card only if I would go to a time share meeting. Nope. Keep your money. Next time we will stay somewhere else."

"Pros: Location was great! Area in the back by the river was very nice. Great place for relaxing after a long day. Cons: Breakfast was limited and only included cold items. Room was small, dark, and had an odd smell. Bathroom light randomly came on during the night. Lots of wasps around stairs and porch area."
