"Location"

"Great place and host, would highly recommend"

"Breakfast is great Did nt recommend the restaurant at night for food my main course was cold and undercooked Never even offered to replace it or offer to take of bill or even some kind of discount And it wasn’t cheap"

"Very disappointing stay, particularly considering the price paid. The room was comfortable and the shower good, but housekeeping standards declined throughout our stay. Even after servicing, sheets were not changed, the floor was not hoovered and the bathroom was not mopped. Breakfast was poor in both quality and service, and got worse as the week progressed. "This is a pleasant and convenient hotel that I would definitely stay at again."

"great stay as usual."

"Charming National Trust Queen Anne House now hotel. Excellent service, good food and magnificent garden. Rooms pretty decent and deserving of 4 stars. Very pleasant two day stay."

"Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault. Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school...

"I really enjoyed my stay but the only negative was I was on the top floor and late on in the evening the noise was terrible coming from some kind of generator."

"Not great"

"Staff all friendly and welcoming. A beautiful building, clean and relaxing."

"Ideal location with free parking. Room only- no food or drink offering but ideal if you just need a base. Plenty of places close by for food and drink. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits. Clean and comfortable overlooking the cricket pitch."

It’s easy to pre book the valet parking and the treats that are left in your vehicle when you leave are a super gesture. Breakfast is wonderful, overall a brilliant Hotel with fabulously luxurious furnishings. I couldn’t fault at all x"
