"Hesitate to make a review for this hotel. They were very nice and accommodating and we only wish we could have stayed longer - a hidden jewel for sure. One piece of advice that we have for this hotel is that they should offer to sell ice cream as no other facility in all of Minturn has such a place. "This was a very funky hotel billed as a bed and breakfast. The property is well over 100 years old and clearly has some deferred maintenance issues, but it was so cool and funky. I would go back in a heartbeat. I’m sure the staff is really good but when I showed up there, the door was locked there was nobody at the desk. Nobody responded to my ringing the bell and nobody answered the phone, so at that point as I was getting really frustrated. I looked down and saw an envelope with my name on it...

"It's a well maintained budget motel that is in the heart of Frisco. Staff was kind and everything was great!
