You can sit by the fire with a glass of wine, chatting to other guests, looking out on to Loch Ness and then retire to beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean bedrooms. It was warm, well appointed and with expected little extras. Breakfast was cooked to order and plentiful. The hotel has character and an old world charm to it that works. "

"My feedback applies to my specific room only. Room was good and they had parking available. One major issue I had is that Isle of Sky room is directly next to the front door. When you lay on the bed your head is practically a couple of feet away from the front door which slams like a vault door! Actually all doors slam and have huge gaps around the frame so no sound proofing at all. You are more or less at the mercy of the other visitors. In my case the last time someone slammed that front door...
