"Rooms aren’t as tidy and front desk staff not as accommodating. "

"We enjoyed our stay. This is a great property in a good location if you are looking for a place to stay but not spend a lot of time in the hotel. Pricing was competitive this stay. We did have issues with heating and air conditioning causing the room to convert from hot to cold. Room couldn't keep a consistent temperature. "

"The toilet paper holder and the towel bar fell iff the wall within a few minutes of getting there. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the coffee area served yellow water both mornings I was there."

"The exterior of the hotel makes it obvious this is an older hotel, but they have done a good job of renovating the inside. The room itself was clean and the breakfast was outstanding. Our issue was the hotel was full and the common areas and hallways didn't have the same clean feeling as the room. Coupled with the pot smell in the elevator and hallway, and the sound of doors being opened and shut through the night led us to cut our stay short and move to the Fairfield Inn at Union Hill. "The AC was broken. It wouldnt go below 75 even set to 50. It was hot! We were sweating. I called the front desk several times but the phone was broken. I could hear her but she couldnt hear me. So I trudged at midnight to at least get a fan. She had one! The FAN was BROKEN! So I trudged back and tell her and she says she will bring me something to my room number. She never did. Slept with wet towel around my neck and feet or wherever I could cool. Wouldnt recommend this place. "

"Ice machine a long way from room. Coffee from a machine was not very tasty. The shower was difficult to shut off,had to call maintenance.Breakfast was middle of the road."

"Do not stay here! It's a dump. Run down, reeking of cigarettes, the windows open, trash is just outside the doors. We only stayed a couple of hours, after some other guest creeped us out by peeking at us around the corner of the hallway. And the woman next door repeatedly slamming the door for seemingly no reason. I did NOT feel safe there."
