We came to this town for a concert and stayed at this location. Amazing staff, very cute and clean room. Adorable downstairs lobby. Pool outside (that we didn’t come prepared for, so bring your bathing suites) .. unless it’s winter then sorry hehe. Breakfast in the morning was good and they had a lot of options. Would definitely recommend, and stay there again. We couldn’t find the Phillies game to watch in t.v though lol

The room smells like an ashtray, paint peeling off the walls, stain and stuff/dirt on the carpet. The shower is so disgusting that we won’t even shower in it. Absolutely appalled that Expedia would associate with this location.

Propiedad muy sucia y con malos olores y las veces que intente desayunar no tenian comida a las 7 de la mañana ni a ninguna hora. Conclusión una propuedad descuidada, sucia y no deberian ofrecer en sus opciones desayunos incluidos, ya que nunca tienen, eso es estafa.

That hotel smells bad, the bathrooms don't work, it doesn't have good lighting, they don't clean it well, it was a very bad experience.

There was so many fruit flies in the room and bathroom. It was pretty gross. The hallways had a pretty bad smell.

So…I’m not typically a guy that’s gonna leave a bad review. However people need to be warned about this property. Firstly, the rooms are in very poor condition, don’t trust the pictures, peeling paint, unfinished Sheetrock mud from patched holes, the constant smell of pot smoke, the lack of anyone coming to clean our room the entire stay. Second, the continental breakfast was non existent, you’d go into the room to empty bins and no staff working to make anything, stale cereal was literally the only option. Third, the television is the size of a postage stamp with very few channels and most of them were all full of static. Lastly my son left a ziploc bag with $22 in it by the fridge, I called less than 10 minutes after we left and they claimed it wasn’t there. So there’s that as well. Even if they didn’t steal the place was an overpriced sh*thole. Run the other way.

Product does not have a restuarant or onsite bar which was the driving factor for my purchase. It is falsely advertised as such. Very very outdated. Not in a good area. Felt very unsafe. Staff was pleasant but that was it.

The hotel seems more like a family residence if I’m honest. It was gross and dirty and despite needing to stay for a night because it was late…there was dogs barking in the hallway at 7am. That’s weird. Everything seemed broken and unkept. It clearly seems like a section 8 stay unfortunately. I will not be returning. I did not go back for my second night despite not getting a refund because I paid in advance.

My stay was quite acceptable. The so-called breakfast was not good the d t cereal looked like soup and the o were hard. There was sliced bread bagels and dry cereal but you had to know where to look to find the butter and the milk to go with them. I have to agree with several of the reviews which discussed the need for the facility to be improved. Some of the walls are definitely in need of repainting there was no stopper for my bathtub. There was a sleep sofa in the room but there was no light by this chair for someone to sit there and read or do other activity. The refrigerator door did not shut securely and I found that ice was melting on the things I had in the refrigerator. There were no pictures on the wall although there were many screws or something that appeared to be designed to hold pictures on the wall. Overall for the price, and convenience to where I was visiting, this was a nice place to stay. I would stay here again.i

The staff were friendly but there were people hanging in the halls, loud music. Environment felt unsafe. Then my keycard would not work. Maintenance had to come and pop the lock and open with a master key. I did not even stay the night. I felt unsafe so I checked out

This stay was horrific. We had to wait 30min for room that we reserved and then given a out of order room. Seemed like every guest had a complaint at the desk. We were given a room that was out of order with bathroom leaks and roaches and flies. Room was not so clean and in need of repairs all around. When we complained about the leaks, bugs, overall unsanitary conditions, we were only offered 5% off our reserved fee and only after contacting expedia first. After a demanding to speak with Mnager, we were still only offered $22 off. We think the room fees should've been completely refunded and even compensated for the inconvenience of going through such an ordeal. Terrible stay. I even expressed to front desk that we did not want to go through any issues since we just wanted to rest for the night well. That didnt happen. Leaks from bathroom ceiling kept us up and fear of bugs crawling. Guests blasting radio music in front of hotel. Hot Breakfast options were all cold and milk was left out unrefridgerated. Wish there was hit water and tea options as well but not a big deal, there was coffee with powered creamer at least. Very disappointed.

The area was ok it was the hallways that smelled of cigarettes and marijuana .The linen had human hair and pet hair and the blackout curtains barely closed. The air conditioner was barely working as well. I found hair in the shower, and the people next door to me kept slamming the door. I do not recommend this hotel because of that.

Check in was excellent but there were too many people back and forth the receptionist said there was a designated area for people who are long term but it looked like the whole hotel was full of “long term guests”. The sheets had pet hair, human hair and so did the shower. The “blackout” curtains didn’t close well I had to put a clip to hold them together The whole floor upon walking out the elevator to get to the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. We did not really rest well because the people next door to us kept slamming the door. I don’t recommend this place because of the hair on the sheets and in the shower which indicates that housekeeping doesn’t check their linen correctly. As a hotel worker I know the importance of checking everything once the room is cleaned prior to marking it as “ready”.
