"Bath shower very good as well as quality of the towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioner very loud and initial difficult to get a consistent comfortable temp in room.
No elevator which makes for not the best schlepping suitcase up the stairs for older customers.
Room feels more spartan than perhaps it should because it is overly large. Much larger than it needs to be to feel more comfortable.
Desk space is adequate and the closet is larger and more enclosed than in most hotels"
