"This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Quiet, clean, and very well maintained. A bit more expensive than others but every dollar showed. Also the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The only two things that come to mind are that the bedside clock was broken and the room phone could only call room service but everyone has a cell phone today so I doubt that matters much."

"Was charged $50 in addition to room rate, for “incidentals”, but was not informed ahead of time. Front desk not particularly friendly. Housekeeping attempted to enter room at 9am, making a lot of noise. Property not well maintained-seems run down. Issue with water spraying/leaking out of tub/shower. Hairdryer was subpar"

"I had reserved and paid for a room with a king size bed and they gave me two full size beds. I was very disappointed and went to the office. I stated the problem and showed my reservation. The lady kept saying no and couldn’t explain. A man came out yelling with no explanation. The lady said they were booked full that night and couldn’t give us another room. They were able half full that night. The problem was never fixed. There was also a lot of bugs also."
