"The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities."

"Fantastic stay in a beautiful village right on the edge of the Cotswold. The entire place was really lovely, including the staff - I actually booked for the wrong date but they quickly fixed everything and was able to adjust. Rooms was excellent, very comfortable and beautifully decorated, I also had dinner in the garden and the food was delicious. Added bonus that the village is where some of Downton Abbey scenes were filmed so that was fun!"

"In most respects all amenities and staff exceeded expectations however I was there during a heatwave and the small fan did nothing to alleviate the heat the room, so I think a 9/10 is a fair assessment. I will definitely stay there again when in Swindon "

"Easy to find and helpful staff when we arrived early . Light flickering in toilet but sorted by staff straight away . Found previous occupants half eaten Chinese takeaway still in the bin in the room which wasn’t great . Reported to reception all very apologetic but should really happen if housekeeping being done throughly . Maybe they just had an off day . Colleague in separate room only had one towel in the room, no bathmat and no hand towel but as a sole occupant she decided not to complain...

"I have stayed in many hotels but this was one of the best. The staff were very friendly and accommodating the hotel rooms here large and nicely decorated. The gardens provided a perfect setting for a late evening drink and winding down after a busy day. Yes there are probably, better hotels out there but for our stay this was a 5 Star event."

"I had a truly exceptional stay at The Snooty Mehmaan. The experience began even before I arrived, thanks to a thoughtful courtesy call to confirm my check-in. Upon arrival, I was greeted with genuine warmth, and the staff kindly escorted my luggage to a room that was both stunning and impeccably clean. The highlight, however, was the evening meal. "Sauberes großes Zimmer im kleinen Häuschen Visavis dem Gasthof. Schönes Badezimmer. Abendessen sehr gut. Fangfrische Forelle aus dem Dorf! Frühstück englisch, Kaffee unbrauchbar. Aber Nespresso Kapselmaschine im Zimmer. Die Lage! Sind in der Früh um 8 zur Arlington zum Fotografieren (nicht mal 5 Mi uten zu Fuß) und hatten die für uns alleine!"

"My room was up a flight of not very well light stairs causing me to miss the last step it was above the bar and entertainment room, live music started 9PM and finished 11PM fine until more music started, at 11.50PM I rang down to see how long it will last, I was told 10mins, never happened, I rang at 1.10AM to ask again, someone hung up on me then finally it stopped. In the room Breakfast was advertised from 8AM never started until 8.30 as I had a ferry to catch in Poole it was all a mad...
