"I am not one to ever complain, but this hotel did not live up to its expectations. The pictures shown are not an accurate depiction of the hotel. The pool is nonfunctional and has no water in it. The grounds are unkept. Our bathroom was not cleaned very well and there was hair everywhere. No shampoo in the shower. I had booked the room for 2 nights and they had deactivated our room keys after 1 night’s stay. I will say, the staff was friendly. "

"The staff was friendly, but the property is junk. The only thing that okay was the shower. The bathroom faucet sprayed all over and was rusty, the bed was THE WORST I have ever slept on, and the base was hard and squeaky. The place needs a major restoration. You get what you pay for, I guess. "

"Easily the best hotel stay we’ve experienced. The staff were so welcoming, the bar and restaurant were excellent and all of the accommodations exceeded expectations. For families, the suite with a bunk bed is perfect. We didn’t get to eat breakfast, but that along with the complimentary reception on the weekends surprised us."

"The breakfast was good however, they need more staff to assist with keeping the food refilled properly. The breakfast staff told me that it’s worst on the weekends then during the week. The hot tub water was murky but the pool was fine. Overall, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. "
