"The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful. They were going to change our room as they thought my mum would struggle getting into the shower. The room they were going to exchange for us had gone, so they offered us an upgrade to a suite. What an experience that was. It was great. Great location for the train station and town centre. The check in at 3 and check out at 12 really made the visit. Price also included robes, free bottled sprinkling water and a fridge which came in handy for our wine and processo.😊"
