"The tipping point for good customer service, was ordering Uber eats, and I waited for almost an hour, and the staff calling the pizza place, and notifying me when it finally got there, an hour and 1/2 later. The place was clean, amenities were there, they have a bar and restaurant on-site. It looks refurbished, the only slight problem was the shower was a bit lukewarm, but iti might have been because I was at the end of hallway They also have an elevator, which is another bonus "

Our room and bathroom were superb, it's right in the city but not in a noisy area, the renovations look like it will be an amazing place to stay and it's brilliant that this beautiful building will remain as a hotel.
