DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER from the start!!! No one to let us in the apartment when we arrived, beds almost on the floor & felt like sleeping downhill, ran out of hot water after 4 quick showers, and an unsecured door lock we didn't figure it could get worse. Well not so, after a day out we came back to the apt to find the door open & 3 people there - the building sup (or that's who we thought he was), a real estate person & a potential buyer/renter; apparently the original owner was selling the apt & building sup not sure who said was okay for them to go into the apt; real estate agent noted that he was not aware there was someone in the apt then said he had someone else coming to see the place which I outright refused and told them to leave. I insisted on talking to the building owner & repeatedly asked who gave permission. Building sup kept saying he didn't know but finally said he had knocked on our door several times & no answer figured it was okay to show the apt. It wasn't until I called Expedia to complain that I found out the building sup was actually the building owner. Expedia made him reimburse us one nights stay which he did, but I still can't believe he thought this was okay - hours later he was still saying well you weren't here so thought it was okay!! He was worried about his review & that I would call the police which I should have done. Don't let this happen to you - DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Avoid like the plague (excuse the pun)

When we arrived we were put in a holding room as ours wasn't ready . When we got to our room the specified balcony was basically just the walkway leading to the door! The 'king' bed was no more than a double . As we were on ground floor we noticed rats outside the door, when i asked to be moved we were told there were no other apartments and given no apology. Very unsafe light fittings in bathroom. I have booked through hotels.com for years and this is the worst place I have had the misfortune (not to) sleep in !!

Clean, Convenience, Good Heating System.

The 2-bedroom apartment has separate dining room, and a kitchen. The heating system is not centralized and each room has its own heater so that you can adjust to the temperature you like. The hot water tank seemed to be acceptable. We like the secured entrances and the neighborhood is quiet. There is a expansion construction now; but it did not border our stay. The place is about 15 minutes walk to the Leeds Station and about 45 minutes to the abbey ruins. Rooms are small; however, after some reviews and comparison to other typical apartment rooms, it seemed to be acceptable.

When we arrived we could not get access as the Apartments when in the process of being refurbished yet no-one had told us

spacious, clean, convenient if you can find it

hard to find at night, the maps don't seem to be accurate and the reception phone redirects to a not known answer machine.

Best place to stay when in Leeds

One of the best place i have stayed. Rooms are spacious, clean and with balcony. Will definitely staying there again.

Still being built

This may be good once construction is complete. But it's noisy and there was no onsite staff. If very hard to find as there is no sign on the building that says starlite appartments. The God takes you on the other side of the road and there is so many one way streets it takes you 10 mins to get there.
