"Booked this as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service. The reality is the shuttle service is unreliable and in frequent. In the end, I had to catch a taxi to the hotel from the airport which is actually very difficult because it’s such a short journey. The next day, I actually walked from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle service basically operates limited hours and only on the hour. The room was nice but the lighting system is not very user-friendly. I had two TVs in the...

"The hotel was conveniently located at a ten minute walk from the Bergamo airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle at 4am in the morning was super convenient."

"We spent five nights here and loved every minute of it. Peaceful location close to Lake Iseo. Rooms are large, beds comfortable and serviced daily. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Restaurant is great for dinner. Staff helpful in every way. Overall a great spot for a family vacation."

"When we first checked in they told is there was no parking available (they have only a couple of spots on the property). We started walking to our room, we went through a lovely hallway and then ended in a sad part of the hotel where the drop ceiling got really sad. Despite the hotel not being packed they put us in a gross room at the back of the hotel above the kitchen that smelled like food and had no AC. We went back and asked for AC. He low key shamed us saying that no one has ever asked for...

Har aldri følt meg så godt ivaretatt på et hotell før, med ypperlig service, god mat, smilende og utrolig hjelpsomt personale. Pizzarestauranten i «kjelleren» må også prøves! "The stay was wonderful, lake view, very pleasant staff. Only down side is if you are walking it is a bit of a trek up a very steep hill, but worth it for the view. We asked about taxi back to the station but they only have 3 in the town and they much prefer airport runs, the lady from the hotel then took us herself which just added to how the hotel felt, a real homestay. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would 100% recommend"
