"Very helpful staff, hotel a bit off from Milano centrale (assume 15 minutes by metro) but also very quiet neighborhood. Supermarket 200m away, not many great food options around."

"The room is very decent and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, the elevator was in maintenance and they helped us to carry the luggage. I really like how there’s a share kitchen so I can heat up my breakfast. Also, free water refill is great. In a quiet community, 20minutes bus ride to Milan Centrale."

"There are some positives and negatives. Good space but uncomfortable bed. Great view giant window opens cool atmosphere but the air conditioning system is terrible it doesn't go lower than 72°f-22.2°c. Quiet area but there was ongoing construction at the hotel and no prior notification. That started at 7 a.m. every day loud heavy machinery pounding through the walls. Zero noise insulation. Safe parking area with no charge. Did not know about the ztl which is a limited traffic area that you get...

"Das Hotel liegt auf dem Gelände eines Studentencampus. Studenten und Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Sehr großes, sehr bequemes Doppelbett. Man kann aus zwei verschiedenen Kissendicken auswählen. Kostenloser Parkplatz am Campus."

"Property was under construction. It was hard to find because signage was inadequate. But once we found it we were very happy with the hotel."

"The property is not near the main attractions. Local neighborhood. You need to walk 10 minutes to a train station and then go 7 stops to get to the Duomo. No breakfast included. Amenities were minimal. Affordable and basic."

"The hotel claims 4 star, sadly it may have been 4 star 20 years ago but not now, it’s tired and dated. The toilet flush did not work properly and had to be fixed, the bathroom door was rubbing against the floor. Staff were helpful, breakfast ok. It’s about 15 minutes walk from the nearest station which was a bit of trek in wet conditions but that’s my problem. It’s a bit far from central Milan, more a residential area that you might prefer."

"We checked out from this place after 3 hours because the AC is broken. We got in 12 June at 15:30 and left at 18:30 at the same day. Email was sent to your management with proof of AC wasn’t working. We talked with 2 people from the support and they couldn’t send any technician until next day. The room become unbearable hot and we could stay there. We waited more than 2 hours and the temperature didn’t drop below 29.2 C."
