Great hotel at the beach
Warm and helpful staff. The price was excellent for the accommodations. Swimming pools were very nice. The grounds are lovely. The rooms are quiet. Each room has a balcony. Air con worked well. They have a terrific breakfast that is included. The drinks at the bar were good.

Place is lovely and peaceful. Always clean and staff are lovely. It’s close to many restaurants beauty salons shops and right on the beach. We will always stay here when coming to Bali. My only fault would be that I would of liked a bigger range of breakfast options even a buffet would be great.

Highly recommend the Puri Raja - it is central to shopping and so many eateries. The hotel is beautiful and kept immaculately clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful and the rooms generous sized and very comfortable. We loved it here.

Our experience at the Puri Raja was a good one and i want to be fair and objective for them and for fellow travelers. the property was going through some kind of renovation project and in Bali that means a bit of a mess. the construction guys were polite and respectful about their noise impact but it did lessen the experience somewhat. first. the bed was great! slept great. the sheets were a tad old and could use replacing. small things like not cleaning our wine glasses were noticed but the timing of room clean was handled very well. the pool area was nice, the lounges are a bit old and in need of updating but that was ok. the easy access straight on to Legian beach was exactly what we were looking for. Breakfast was limited but satisfying to us. dinner wasnt so great but the proximity to great food in every direction made that a non event anyway. this is Bali and this is not a 5 star hotel so allowances for somethings like inconsistency in service must be expected. :-) the staff were all smiles and very friendly. if you want a 5 star experience they are available. If you want a more organic experience that still feels like Bali and not a resort you could find anywhere, the Puri Raja suits the bill. when it was time to leave, we were extended in our room far beyond what i hoped for and for that we are very thankful to the manager.

Some of the staff were great , others no so .Drinks were way to expensive $4 .50 for a Bintang!!! Cocktails expensive and your free drink consisted of arak a $2 drink on the street!! We paid for a upgrade only to be put opposite rooms that were being renovated- noise all day!! We were not advised renervation were being done on our dates - this should have been noted for people booking in these dates!! Bali is not good value anymore- stay home and sport local business!! Disappointed ☹️

All staff exceptional, hotel beach front location, walking distance to shops, restaurants. Pool nice. We stayed in an old room which is functional but next time I would make sure its one of the renovated rooms. (looks like they are slowly renovating and improving)

The property is okay, with the location excellent. The rooms are clean, but it is a large complex, being long and narrow with reception some distance form the pool and restaurant area. Not really a big issue. The pool (near the restaurant) is nice but the whole area is quite small which makes it quite noisy with a few people drinking in the pool bar. Breakfast was okay, but not a buffet, and you order off the menu, then help yourself to fruit. My biggest problem was the construction going on outside my room which I wasn't advised of prior to booking. It was very noisy and disruptive. The staff didn't seem to care to much, so I checked out and went somewhere else which was much quieter. I probably wouldn't go back due to the pool area being so small, but it was an okay hotel, possibly a ,little over priced.

Great location, loved the ocean view whilst eating breakfast. Close to some fantastic restaurants and Mugshot Cafe around the corner has the best ice coffee I have ever had. Shower water pressure could be improved, but over all, loved our stay and will be back.

I literally only stayed for one evening as I had a late flight and used hotel for late check out. Staff treated me as if I was as important as any long standing guest - very friendly reception from all the staff and that was most appreciated. the room was simple but adequate and the beachside bar is the perfect place to watch the sunset

Beach time in Legian
Nice hotel in Legian. We really enjoyed the private, quite Road in front of the hotel. You can walk to most places you would want to go in 30 minutes or less. The two pools at the hotel are great and the breakfast is very generous.

Great Central Location
A great 3 Star hotel in a central location. The staff are always extremely obliging and hospitable. The breakfast is very adequate. The rooms although a little dated are clean and comfortable. The wi-fi at times could be a bit slow. The two pools meant that there was always a deck chair for a couple. On leaving it only took thirty minutes to reach the airport.

Cleaning is very sub standard. Sheets & towels full & stained Mould in bathroom Aircon filters not clean Cleaners used same dirty mop used outside & then inside next room. I spilt water on tiles-when wipes up with tissue it was black. Cleaners made a big point of telling us they had cleaned the room whole time & were having next day off-felt like they wanted a tip as they waited for our response Had to request fly/mosquito spray for the room-should be standard in all rooms. Paid bill 10 pm night before leaving & was then asked to pay more when returning key . They hadn’t processed the days invoices until the next morning-annoying & delayed.

Great location, staff very helpful, rooms and bathrooms very tired and require upgrade. Due to the quality of the rooms I felt that the room rate was expensive.
