Hidden Gem

For the price I have no complaints, the room was neat and tidy, beds were comfortable. I could have used a shower curtain, but being solo, it was no big deal. Pool was nice, staff were friendly enough, some had minimal English but nothing Google translate didn't fix. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. The location is great! I'd stay again

Cleanliness Disappointing overall. The room was really big, it was dusty on the floor. The bedsheet had some black spots which freaked me out as it could be bed bugs, I ended up sleeping on the comforters inside. Staff & service Terrible - When I first arrived, the location for the pathway to the main lobby/reception was poorly visible, it was undergoing some construction. I could barely find any staff when i arrived. I thought the bar was the reception because there was really nothing( no glass/alcohol on display). The staff spoke minimal English. Property condition & facilities Terrible - Old furniture and old property. The corridor to my room was also very dusty and poorly maintained. My room didn't have any safety deposit box. The door didn't have any latch or door pinthole, which made me feel unsafe in the night. During the night, the lobby and swimming pool light's were switched off, the corridor to my door was poorly lit. It didn't feel right. Amenities Terrible - The swimming pool seemed to require alot of patch up work. The sunbeds were dirty / old , I wouldn't want to lie on it. The room didn't have any complimentary coffee/tea/sugar. The cupboard to hang the clothes were also dusty, so i just lived out of my lugguage instead. --------------------- I booked 3 nights, stayed for the first night and checked out in the morning . If you're looking for a really really basic place , this is really cheap . but you pay for what you get.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel during my trip to Bali for couple of reasons. First,I purchased a hotel room for three days inclusive of breakfast but ended up the second day, they said I would have to pay for it. In which I need to call my tour booking agency to reconfirm and it was the hotel mistake purely for overlooking it. Which was then resolved, but I was ashamed there since I needed my breakfast but was treated like I didn't pay for it. Secondly, on the last day of the stay, water enters the room and it was flooded due to rain which provides us so much inconvenience.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Super bad experience.

Excellent

Amazing location and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again! very tranquil and relaxing even though its in busy Legian and near the beach. Very centralized, lots of restaurant, bar, shops. Literally 5 minutes walk from the beach. Very affordable, and Couldn't ask for a better place!

May 2017 solo trip

I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2017 and found the deluxe rooms on the ground floor to be good value for money and would stay in one again as they also have a seperate bath and outdoor shower

DELETE THIS HOTEL FROM YOUR DATABASE !

NO SECURITY. NO SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES. MY ROOM WAS BROKEN INTO AND MANY PERSONAL ITEMS STOLEN. THE POLICE ARE NOW INVESTIGATING. THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE PROVIDED AS AN OPTION. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND IT HAS RUINED MY HOLIDAY.

Stay away from this hotel, it is falling apart and has modly walls. Do yourself a favour and stay at the Amaris 2 min down the street for 1$more

Relaxing and easy holiday in Legian

Our 10 day stay was easy with friendly staff, comfortable room in a good location with easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

It was ok because it was cheap

Here was alright because I was on a budget. Paid aud $45 for 2 nights. Room was quite large but the bathroom wasn't very nice. Not clean and smelt bad. Staff couldn't find my reservation. And there's no wifi in room.
