"Great location, fantastic clean room and a good breakfast. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the VIP experience was disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically because it was a VIP hotel, however, I didn’t really experience any of the VIP perks that influenced my decision to book the hotel. Given this, I do wonder whether the hotel’s VIP status should be reconsidered, or whether there needs to be better staff training and communication around...

"It’s a great hotel in a nice spot. The highlight was the pool access room. The room was really nice but the type of room we selected made the stay. Like a lot of Bali hotels if you look around you can see some maintenance needed but we had a great trip. We will stay again. The food was really nice at the restaurant too."

"Check in is fine, the amenities inside room very limited just only toothbrush. The shower gel and shampoo isn’t being added and replace. When you’re asking something from housekeeping, ypu have to remind several times, pls more attentive on those kinda of matter since this is 4 star hotel"

"Mengesankan...kami tidak mengira jika Ossotel sebagus ini, kamar tdk luas tp nyaman semua tersedia. Tersedia Mini Bar dengan harga minimarket, juga pool yg sangat nyaman. Private access ke Pantai sangat membantu kami karena hanya cukup berjalan kaki menyusuri gang selama 3 menit. Restoran di area lobby jg nyaman dan terjangkau. Worth it to stay."

"很明顯他們的員工不夠，訓練也不夠，員工服務非常慢，從來沒住過這麼遭的五星級飯店。 我們帶著兩個小孩抵達飯店時沒有人出來拿行李，我進去找人才有一個女服務生推著車出來，但是他完全幫不上忙，只站在旁邊看著。 櫃檯只有一個人在服務，沒有人指引要去哪裡辦理入住。 我們在房間點了一份炒麵也是等了40分鐘。 我需要一個嬰兒座椅在房間，等了20分鐘來了一個人說要幫我整理嬰兒床，我說我需要的是嬰兒座椅，再等20分鐘才來。一張座椅要等40分鐘？ 當你需要飯店的服務時都要等很久，我們對於Pullman感到非常失望，我絕不會再去也不會推薦朋友去住"
