"Horrible hotel and no airport shuttle. Dirty room and poorly maintained hotel. I called the hotel when my flight landed so that we could get the advertised airport shuttle. I was informed that the driver had went home “sick”. We had to uber to the hotel. We were not offered any reimbursement for the uber. It was obvious they did not care. If you are relying on airport transportation, do not stay here."

"Honestly staff was very helpful but the property was falling apart. They have converted 1 room added divider made them 2. Ac was noisy. And I could hear things from side room. Only stay if you dont have any options"

"Room smelled awful, wires were exposed all over the room, cable wasn't hooked up so we couldn't watch tv, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We definitely got what we paid for."

"The bed and bedding were comfortable. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay (sad there was no waffle maker). Aspects of the room and hallways could've been cleaner. Walking into the building it smelled a little like smoke even though it was non smoking. No issues with smell in the room itself."

"The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise."

"The hotel is very nice and the rooms spacious, comfortable and great decor. Parking is easy but it does take a good walk with stairs to get to the hotel. The bar/ restaurant is very nice with a lovely view. Breakfast was nice but not worth the price."

"This property is a cut above the rest. For a property that is not near a beach or the sea, it feels like an oceanfront beach resort. From the warming greeting when you check in to the spectacular room in the North Tower. The Spa is to die for and the amenities are just sheer quiet luxury. The staff at this property are the most cordial I've ever met. And to top it off, the casino and outlet shopping are on the premises. I had one of the best vacations ever at Wind Creek! Thank you!!"

"First room was filthy, had to change rooms due to the showers floor completely dirty. Valet was a mess."
