Brilliant stay very cosy very private great garden view with hotbtub on own private patio great apartment great stay overall very happy ide give the place a 100 out of 10 will definitely stay again and would recommend to all and EVERYONE 👏

A lovely place
A very friendly place that made me feel very welcome. Facilities were good and bed was comfortable. Food was excellent, a very nice steak. Would definitely stay again

Nice place to stay, loads of parking, breakfast fantastic and great service at breakfast time. Only downside was that the pool (a big attraction and the reason why I booked that location) was closed - and this wasn't made clear during booking on Expedia.

Picturesque little place
Fantastic place. Great customer service. Very friendly, gorgeous room with a great view. Will definitely be back in the summer to try out the pool.

Comfortable overnight Visit!
Clean and comfortable stay. Room was spacious and had good amenities. Bathroom was good, nice hot shower with good pressure. We had a lovely dinner, polite and attentive service without being intrusive. Would recommend.

The overall hotel and main staff were very pleasant and helpful, however the whole experience was completely ruined by the manager at check out. I was overcharged for breakfast which was £13 for a slice of toast and a coffee (cold) and whilst agreed at check that a reduced rate continental price that would be applied the argumentative, rude, manager decided to argue the case, blaming his staff for the issue. Having spent over £500 on a 3 night stay and a colleagues 2 night stay I would have expected a bit more customer service and politeness. To be spoken too the way I was, was shocking and whilst I say away in Lutterworth 3-4 nights a week every week, I thought maybe I would been a good customer. Never again ! Avoid at all costs, wish you luck if you ever have an issue with your bill! Very disappointed…..

Lovely little hotel for our Boxing Day stay with an excellent breakfast. Bright and open bar and eating area. Family friendly. One of our beds was quite uncomfortable but the bedroom was much larger than expected and everything worked well. Staff mostly helpful and polite although one lady made check-in awkward and she didn’t offer any other solutions when our plans had changed and we wanted dinner but hadn’t booked. They lost out - we got takeaway! Overall, a good stay and nice place. Would be good to come back in the summer and use the pool.

It's okay
The cost for one night was £91 without breaksfast which i thought was expensive. I stayed in room 6 - The TV ariel did'nt work properly, and the floorboards creeked loudly when you walked around the room. I could hear the people in the room next door on their phone, and using the toilet, which was really annoying at 10.30pm. Food was good but took 45 mins, and i only ordered lasagne.

the décor and condition of the room and bathroom were very tired looking. the loo seat was very loose and i couldn't seem to be able to turn the radiators down at all. the wifi was also not very good and no BBC channels on the TV in the room. However the staff were friendly and the food was excellent

Be weary.
Very disappointed!! Stayed with these guys on a few occasions all was good, BUT Had to cancel a 2 night stay, which I done within the timeline and they refused to refund the money. I have stopped several times recently in the area and have opted for another hotel that will not rip you off! Might not sound much but they lost £400 from my booking in last 2 weeks and will be loosing full weeks worth for next week including meals while I will stop at another location.

Thank you for your feedback. We noted that you were due to stay with us on the 16th September. This booking unfortunately was within the full cancellation timeframe We have also noted that you have not stayed with us, however we were only contacted by Hotels.com on Friday the 6th November to refund the monies charged, which was declined. The time you have opted to stay in other hotels the last two weeks was before we were even contacted about your cancellation We do value each and every booking, however in this case we were unable to refund Kind Regards BM

Would like to have stayed longer
Overnighted on business and arrived quite late so not much time to appreciate the hotel, but reception were waiting patiently for us, room was excellent and the bar was still open at 11 so we could get a much needed drink before bed.
