"I checked in pretty late and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a decent little snack store and a decent breakfast in the morning. The morning staff was also very helpful and granted me a late checkout that I unfortunately didn’t end up utilizing. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll definitely look into booking here first. Also in n out is right down the street so, can’t get much better."

"The staff at this hotel were absolutely shocking.
I was made to feel like a second class citizen and my treatment because I had a service dog was disgusting. Bill and Rose were vile.
I understand they are allowed to ask what service the dog performs they do not have the right to sneer or treat me as a liar because I’m not in a wheelchair anymore and my dog doesn’t wear a vest. In the end I showed him the massive scar on my back.
I stopped putting his vest on because it’s over 100 degrees...
