"The property itself is very beautiful. Compared to other 5-star hotels in the area, I was underwhelmed by the breakfast offerings which were the same every day and a bit lackluster. Additionally, the walkways had the same dirty ice buckets/glasses lining the paths that cleaning service did not pick up for over a day. The front desk staff was not very friendly and we paid $16 for two popsicles by the pool that came in their "Outshine Fruitbars" plastic wrappers and were extremely frostbitten, despite claiming to come with "seasonal accompaniments" on the menu. The property is lovely, the room itself was very nice, and the local transportation offerings (e-bikes or rides from the valet anywhere within 5 miles) were the highlights but this hotel has room for improvement."
