"Good location and very convenient for a cheap tram ride into the centre. The hotel feels new, 416 was a lovely room, and the hotel is clean and tidy. The food was much better than might be expected for a hotel. The spa however is the highlight, we would recommend this hotel."

"The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people .
