Cari Kastel di Lembah San Fernando

"NA"

"Decent property, house cleaning was loud in the mornings, no ice machine or anywhere to get water except for the bathroom sink. Wifi instructions were a bit confusing."

"We enjoyed our stay, quite, clean and taco truck near by. Plenty of parking, close to Universal Studios. We would stay again 😁. Very nice and helpful staff too."

"All Good"

"Nice pretty decent clean comfy room. The staff was alright. Good for the price in the area and most importantly it’s clean so it’s good"

"The room was clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating."

"Amo la cadena Hampton y siempre busco hospedarme en uno de sus hoteles. En este caso, las habitaciones me parecieron viejas y algo descuidadas, pero el desayuno salva todo."

"Excellent"

"Very clean and fresh surroundings. The front desk staff knew their jobs well and checked us in very quickly. The women housekeepers were always pleasant & quick to remedy any problems. It's at a great location, on Ventura Blvd, by the freeway on ramp. And IHOP is right next door, which we had breakfast there every morning, even though the motel offers breakfast items. We'll definitely use them again! Parking was good as well."

"On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry."

"Nice place to stay if you are visiting Universal Studios, rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful."

"Service was excellent and staff very professional. Only thing is that we didn't have towels in our room, I called front desk and the towels never arrived!"
