"My wife and I had a great one night stay. The hotel and property were very nice and well maintained. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very nice and had great customer service skills. Front desk, housekeepers, valet and food service were all great at their jobs and made us feel very welcome. We would defintely stay here again!"

"I was very disappointed. The facility looks like you walked back into the 70s. Bathroom was too small, grout in shower was dirty, and the shampoo, conditioner & body was was 3 different scents. The noise from the freeway was annoying and made it difficult to sleep. Pillows were uncomfortable. FYI, there are several homeless encampments right down the road close to the hotel.
They do provide bottles of wine and a few coffee pods in your room. Staff was fairly friendly.
