"Good size (398 sq ft) & clean room& bathroom, sufficient supplies provided, pleasant hotel staff.
As a Platinum member in a VIP Access hotel, we were welcomed with 2 bottled water, 10% food discount coupon at the in house restaurant & our room was upgraded for free.
We had a restful sleep because the bed is very comfortable & the room is quiet.
We chose not to check the swimming pool because it is located in another across the street.
Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

"I like the fact that there is a shuttle going to Universal Studio. Big enough pool for the guests. Front desk people I find it not very accommodating but the room service / cleaning crews are very helpful and nice.
Not enough restaurant inside the hotel (not to mention the lady who is helping to take the order is not even helpful, it makes you feel I should not be ordering from their resto.) no other options. I came to her twice for 2 nights dinner and still have the same way of serving...

"Pool was enclosed and plenty of towels. Rooms were nice and clean. They are finishing up the remodeling and updating. Hot shower with good pressure. The bed was a little soft for my husband. Walking distance to Ralph's grocery store, Starbucks, Panda Express, and universal studios tram."
