"I never write these kinds of reviews but our stay here was phenomenal. The room was perfect for our crew! Separate bedroom, 2 beds in the main room. Could have used an extra bathroom but we knew what we were getting into lol. Stayed here 3 nights with 6 humans in the one suite. We had the room serviced each day which was lovely. "the room was ok and clean, but rhey do abuse of the clean products wirh heavy smell... after awhile, the smell was gone (or i got use to). I am very disappointed that the parking is not included... it is just silly not to put the total price. the room have one light off, which never was fixed even we report it since our first night. the bar is small and ok for a relax moment. overall, these area is overprice... insuppose universal studios is a hidden price to pay."

"We asked for daily housekeeping and they happily accomodated. Staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (we stayed in a king room). It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and they had extra niceties (6 toppings for oatmeal, cartons of milk with different fat percentage, blueberry compote and whipped cream for mini waffle maker). "Staff was friendly. Hotel is in a great area with shops and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness of the room was my only issue. 1. There was a sock in the sheet set for the pull out bed. 2. I found a big bottle of cream by the window sill when i moved the curtain. 3. They told me someone would come clean the room every other day, but no one ever came. "
