I loved my stay, the room was amazingly renovated, mi kids loved the bunk beds. The only downside was the sketchy neighborhood, but other than that I would go back to this hotel when I visit California in the future

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. It suited our needs. We bought last minute Oasis tickets and there was no where to stay in Pasadena. NoHo is not the nicest area (so be prepared for that).

The staff were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and we loved having three beds in one room (one bed was separated from the other two by a door). My only complaints were the bathroom barn door kept sliding open, there were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom, and the motion sensing lights under the beds were too bright and woke people up when others made a late night trip to the bathroom.

, The property is newly renovated , the beds are so comfy and bathroom is nice , the only bad thing I could say it’s the light in the bathroom is a sensory light and it turned off constantly while you were taking a shower and was so annoying , also we had a lot of crickets in our room , my brother killed at least 10 while our stay , front desk is really nice they were always open to give us towels and come to check the light but unfortunately they didn’t fix it, there is conditioner body lotion and shampoo , but 2 of the 3 were empty when we checked in , but the guy at fd refilled right away , also , they CHARGED us $10 per day for parking , which it wasn’t stipulated when we booked the hotel , it was so unpleasant as we were not aware of it .

Nice room but needs improvements

The room was nice and clean. However, their room phones don’t work and also their TV remote. There is only one garbage can in the whole room which was located in the bathroom. They should’ve put more garbage cans all over the room. According to the front desk, I was told that they just opened up 20 days ago.

We had a 3 bed room with 6 family members in it and the only bathroom had a sliding barn style door on it that did not close properly (it would slide back open a bit after being closed because it was installed unevenly) and there was no way to latch or lock it. We had to rig it by stuffing a cloth under the door each time to keep it closed anytime we needed to use the bathroom- pretty ridiculous. They also had motion sensitive lights at the bottom of the beds so the bright lights would come on in the middle of the night anytime anyone needed to use the bathroom- disturbing all of the other sleepers. We also asked for an iron to iron our clothes and they said someone else was using it and it would be few hours but we needed it before that so that was disappointing. We also needed to check out early in the morning around 6am and it was unclear how to check out- there was no one at the desk, no directions, and no one came when we rang the bell so we just slipped our card under the window and left it on the desk.
