"I stayed in room 327 a one bedroom suite with 4 people (2 kids and 2adults). The bedroom and bathroom doors were extremely hard to close and open. The doors would get stuck and you hold have to pull really hard, with all your body weight, just to open it. It’s like the door warped or something because it was impossible to open. There were also several flies and mosquitoes in our room, we killed about 5 total. We called maintenance to come look at the doors but they couldn’t do anything. Besides...

"Our first time staying on this property and it was a wonderful stay. Hotel is beautiful, grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool was so relaxing. Our room was large, luxurious and very clean. The staff was amazing... from the valet, bellman, front desk clerks to the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff. "The Tilt Hotel is in a great location if you’re visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. It’s very close to the park. You can either walk or uber. There's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to get around. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. "Good location in Hollywood - and yet feels peaceful. F&B offering good , though queues for coffee shop can be long and food service can be slow if kitchen is busy. Bar is nice and space is big and doesn’t feel crowded. Rooms very nice .. maybe a little dated with their controls of all things from switches around the room that are labelled too small. Watch out !!!! For the additional resort fee charged per day… it’s expensive"

"Rooms are nice and clean, staff was nice, breakfast sucks! Same fruit every day and no cut up fruit, potatoes are very nasty with whatever seasoning they are using! Sausages not fully cooked very little selection of food! Waffles machine all the way at the bar. Coffee milk selection is basic and they are not like other hotel’s coffee only in the morning they don’t have it out for u during the day. Pool rail is very loose! Also after all the money we pay to stay here they still want to charge...
