"Check in was okay. The elevator was broken when I arrived yet fixed the next afternoon. The room was nice. The television barely worked due to poor signal so couldn’t enjoy shows that were offered. There was only one vent in the room so circulation of air was non-existent considering the vent is always from the actual room and close to the door. "This was just a quick stay to be closer to the airport but the hotel was excellent! We arrived early and they held our bags while we played at Universal then arranged transportation to the airport the following morning. Property was clean and safe. "

"Absolutely adorable! Very well kept. Bar is inviting and had a 3 piece jazz band for happy hour. They were excellent. Dining was really delicious. The only issue we had was the noise from the dining area was right outside our bedroom door. And I couldn’t help wonder if we had any kind of privacy. And rooms are modern and look sharpe, but are very small."

"Really beautiful hotel! Was disappointed there wasn’t really any perks for Expedia vip guests like food voucher etc but that’s likely more of an Expedia issue! The resort fee paid said that we would be offer welcome drink etc which we didn’t get but saw others getting later. Wasn’t super consistent."

"We had an excellent stay here for a weekend! Location was incredible with only a few-minutes walk to the Dolby Theatre, Ovation Hollywood, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the Chinese Theatre. Easily walkable to everything! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Patricia at breakfast was so kind and lovely! Rooms were outdated but we could appreciate the old-Hollywood style vibe. Rooms were clean, plenty of space for 4 adults, and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good and convenient....
