"Everything at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was very courteous and helpful with directions and dining out suggestions. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, we had a refrigerator and a microwave in a breakfast nook. We went to a concert and when we came back the parking lot was full so the staff valet parked our car at no additional charge. The breakfast was typical continental with homemade waffles, exceptional staff helped with breakfast accommodations. Coffee tea and water were available all day and evening. The location was one block off Hollywood Boulevard and we were 20 minutes from the Saban Theater. Highly recommend!"

"Too noisy for us. You hear road noise all night along with conversation form the neighboring rooms, as if their in the same room as you. We didn't use any ammenities since it was just an overnight stay for a play. That was very convenient. Some repairs need to be done in the room and the bathroom had a odd smell resembling a skunk."

"The property was so convenient to universal studios theme park. You have the option of shuttle service to and from the hotel but it is absolutely walkable as well. Nice restaurant for breakfast, really easy and convenient parking, the gym facility is quite nice and had a bit more equipment that a lot of hotels I've stayed at. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Checking in was extremely fast and easy, as was checking out. If you do have a car, yo uare bale to keep it there until 6pm even when check out is at 11, which is also get convenient. We didn't have a single issue during our staym "

"My first time staying at the W in Hollywood. What an absolute treat. From the moment you walk in the lobby has a great layout. Very open and pleasing on the eyes. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and made me feel excited that I had chosen to stay here. The room was a perfect size, had a Bluetooth speaker as well which was a nice touch. There was a little table with a booth like wrap around seating. Never seen that but enjoyed it. The pool was awesome. Drinks and food at the pool, at the bar downstairs, at the restaurant inside, all delicious. I have never felt more taken care of and welcomed in a hotel like I did in the W. Can’t wait to go back.
