"This hotel was great for the weekend. A walk to Hollywood tourist attractions and a short uber ride to Lake Hollywood Park, Venice beach and more. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The bartenders were nice to talk to and have a night cap before we went up for the night. Would stay here again!"

"Great hotel, staff super friendly, the rooms are huge and clean. The only downside is the noise coming from outside in the wee hours of the morning - fire trucks, police cars, hot rods, motorcycles. You hear them all - not sure why it happens in this location but it does. The hotel left us ear plugs on the nightstand and I now understand why they do that. But if the noise wasn't an issue, I would be coming back for sure."

"Thank you, Loews Hollywood Hotel, for such a wonderful time! We stayed here 3 nights to celebrate our son 10th birthday, and we could’ve be happier about it. The hotel staff gave us warm welcome, upgraded the room for the highest level with the hard braking view of LA and helped to decorate the room with balloons and treats for the birthday boy. We made a great memories here! The hotel is very close to all main Hollywood attractions. Nothing can beat this location! And - a heated swimming...

"We were looking forward to rest and relax by the rooftop pool the second day of our stay, but there was a huge party that afternoon. (The hotel lets non-hotel guests use their pool. Had we known this, we would have stayed elsewhere.) They started setting up for the event in the morning and it was loud. We could hear it from our room. Definitely not the vibe we were hoping for. There wasn’t a coffee maker in our hotel room. It took over 30 minutes to get seated and order a coffee from the cafe...

"Overall for the price it was ok. They will not clean your room unless you request it. The pool is very small, but adequate. The hotel has a very nice café with good food. My biggest complaint was the noise from the street, hotel, and hotel staff very early in the morning. Doors are very loud and heavy and slam. They need to fix a A/C units, one made a very Hunger Games siren noise."

"The room was clean with the cleaner coming in every day unless you put do not disturb on your door. Hotel is 5-10 minute walk from Hollywood Walk of Fame and close to Universal (10 minute drive). Breakfast was simple (cereal, waffles, toast, bagels with juice, water or hot drinks) but it was nice and set us up for the day. Room was a decent size with plenty of storage and free toiletries (soap, shampoo, body lotion)."

"Nos gustó mucho hospedarnos aquí. El transporte público está a tan solo 2 min caminando. Eso lo hace muy conveniente para ir a todos los lugares de interés. Mi hija y yo conocemos varios lugares, Hollywood, Santa Mónica, The Grove… y todo tomando el transporte desde ahí. Estuvo genial!!!"

"This place was very clean and well maintained, spotless in fact, but the only "amenities" are vending machines with drinks and ice. It is more of a very clean and nice motel, not a hotel or inn. Perfect if you want to stay in that area. The immediate neighborthood around the Dunes is not exciting, but there are good bars and restaurants not too far. The employees and operations manager are very nice, flexible and accommodating, and I would certainly stay there again with the above in mind."

"Nice place for the value. It's clean at the street. Not the quietest place, but if you leave the fan going it drowns out most of the noise. I did have a heck of a time finding my room a couple times as a sober person, maybe a look at a map of the complex would be helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property in the social areas were fantastic. The rooms on the other hand were limited in space for movement. It would have been nice to have a small microwave and mini fridge for left over food and drinks. The privacy of the bathrooms were horrible, some things need to stay private."
