"The bathroom was way to dark I had to bring the desk lamp into the bathroom in order to shave. The shower was also very confusing to turn on, not all all intuitive."

"Super easy location if you only plan to go to universal and don’t want to rent a car. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and the staff were friendly and helpful! Coming from a city where most things are closed by 10pm, it was easy to grab late night food like a burger or pizza right next door till 2am. "
