"Our stay was great!! My family and I are not fast-food people and having the king suite with kitchen was more than amazing. We drove to whole foods just down the road and were able to get stuff from the olive bar and items for breakfast and have heavy snacks to bring back and make ourselves. Super convenient if you have picky eaters or dietary restrictions. Pots and Pans were okay. We got creative and used what we had to make breakfast sandwiches and bake monkey bread. "The room was clean and comfortable for one night. The front desk door was locked at 3pm and had to use a side window to check in. The lady could not find my reservation and seemed confused but in the end she gave me my room. It was a basic motel and overpriced for what it is but I needed a place close to Burbank airport last minute so it worked. "

"We asked for daily housekeeping and they happily accomodated. Staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (we stayed in a king room). It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and they had extra niceties (6 toppings for oatmeal, cartons of milk with different fat percentage, blueberry compote and whipped cream for mini waffle maker). "Staff was friendly. Hotel is in a great area with shops and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness of the room was my only issue. 1. There was a sock in the sheet set for the pull out bed. 2. I found a big bottle of cream by the window sill when i moved the curtain. 3. They told me someone would come clean the room every other day, but no one ever came. "

"Updated and beautiful rooms, spacious as well. Staff super helpful and always kept common spaces and rooms clean. We got a rental car halfway through our stay and was able to find parking very easily even on weekends. No laundry services, just a fitness center. Appreciated the 24/7 juice, coffee and water though, and the nice rooftop patio.
