"Free parking and staff members were really friendly. Bottom sheets could be cleaner but everything else was pretty good. Deff more motel vibes than hotel. Delicious pastries for breakfast were from a local bakery."

"Stayed for three days while on vacation in the area. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy, but great if you're just needing a place to sleep. No pool but free parking and breakfast which was nice. "

"I did not like it at all. We had no hot water to take showers or a bath. I let the front desk know. They said there was no maintenance available until the next day when I was checking out. Also, the owner walked into our hotel room, not even 20 minutes after we just checked in. The towels weren’t even full body size and the beds were too big for the boxspring. Definitely not going back again."

"Parking was very easy, AC worked, not very far from downtown or Studios. Staff were available and friendly. Very accommodating. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises Highly suggest checking out Corner Cottage for breakfast burritos and Blink Fitness for the gym, both are close by."

"The owner was incredibly nice and generous to us. However, the room itself was depressingly dirty. From gnats in the sink, dark stains on the sheets, poorly cleaned carpet, the place was just dirty beyond what I found acceptable. Location nearby to Universal is it’s saving grace"

"I stayed at this property for one night on March 12, 2026. Front door was locked by the time i arrived at 7PM until rang bell for service. Check in was quick as car, make, model & license number were done ahead of time. Since i booked the reservation through Expedia, a third party, there were no King rooms available, so i was bumped to a Queen room instead. Not an issue. The parking lot is tight & there is more parking available behind hotel but it looked sketchy. No problems with the room but...
