"Property has gone downhill. Coyotes wander at night, there’s no security so it’s a fend for all. They do leave the lobby doors wide open so you can try to run in without one catching you if they aren’t already inside. Escalators don’t work majority of the time. There was a party in the elevator lobby during my stay. That’s where they seated the guest. Chairs and tables in the elevator lobby mind you I didn’t want to be apart of it. Hopefully you don’t encounter that it was embarrassing on both...

"Nice property, clean, great location, easy free parking. Only issue, the shower is poorly desingned. Shower has one fixed door and one sliding door. But the shower head is located on the far side of the shower with the fixed door and there is no diverter, so you are forced to enter the shower to turn on the water. And because it takes time for the water to warm up, you get a blast of cold water. If you are taller and have long arms you can reach in and turn on the water and only expose your arm...

"Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable."

"The positives were that the bed and linens were comfy. The negatives were that we had ants (a lot) in our room. There was a huge gap at the top of our door that let in light and noise from the hall, disturbing our sleep and letting in the most foul smell of weed the entire night. I guess our neighbors were hotboxing it in their rooms, but it was awful and very disturbing. The breakfast was just ok, it was very crowded in the breakfast area for being a Wednesday at 6:30am."

"The staff for housekeeping gave excellent service. Some of the staff in the front desk gave little information when asked about services that were offered. It was supposed to be a no smoking establishment but it smelled like cigarette smoke on the floor. Our stay was for about a week and of course a little bit of laundry had to be done and for the whole place there was only one washer and one dryer, very inconvenient."

"it was nice. property was clean and parking was underground. The only thing I would have liked transparency on would be the breakfast. The listing said breakfast available and we understood it as it was included and then it wasn't, but staff was helpful and they complemented it for us."
