"Very disappointing and unacceptable experience
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property. The room also had no proper lighting, and basic essentials such as toilet paper were not provided.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Their behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Most shockingly,...

"erstens muss ich sagen, ich hab ja selbst gebucht. Nur sind die Foto´s und das drum herum ja um vieles netter.
Solch ein Zimmer würde ich nicht einmal als Personal zimmer weiter geben. Und ich bezahl 80 Euro.
