"Perfectly located hotel with the added convenience of the ski in and out access. Great that ski storage was included in the price too. Every area was kept immaculately clean with rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast buffet selection was excellent and the food delicious. We stayed half board and thought the starter and dessert offering from the buffet along with the pre ordered main course (choice of 3) was perfect. Service was excellent all staff were found to be friendly and...

"We were quite annoyed that we were expected to input our own passport information on the hotel provided ipads while the reception staff stood by waiting, every hotel I have been to, that is one of their jobs.
They also pushed their paid underground car park telling us that we would receive a €40 parking notice for parking outside the hotel, that didn’t frighten us as they wouldn’t get our details from our UK registered car."

"Celebrated an anniversary and birthday while staying at the Waxenstein. An anniversary card and chocolates in our room and a special birthday breakfast table with champagne for my wife’s birthday. All unexpected but greatly appreciated. No doubt our future trip to Grainau will include a stay at the Waxenstein."

"Right in the middle of town, you can see the snowy mountains from the window, clean, efficient, walk to the entire old town, friendly and apart from the fact that the room was tiny but this is typical of europe, not much to complain about."

"Wir sind rastlos begeistert vom Hotel Weisses Kreuz. Wir sind mit einer unglaublichen Freundlichkeit begrüßt worden und der Service war exzellent.
Das Frühstück ist herausragend, die Bar im 6. Stock ist top. Wir kommen immer wieder, wenn wir in Innsbruck sind."
