The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

"You’re probably looking at this hotel for the same reason I was, because it’s the only hotel in Manhattan that costs less than 200 dollars a night. It’s a little run down, my room had constant street noise from New York drivers constantly honking their horns on 6th avenue. But the hotel provides you with earplugs and a mask, I don’t know that there’s much that they could do about the noise.
