"Small and tight squeeze but enough for a quick stay. Shower and sink were very slow to drain and overfilled the shower and soaked the floor. Some lights werent working in the room but minor lights. Good location "

"Fist off staff was great, no issues there. We arrived out of tow for a wedding over the weekend and arrived after Jack in time (4:30) with minimal time to get ready. She I arrived name was not in the system. Panicking I was able to get the booking # and were able to located my booking only to find out our room was not ready. We had to get downgraded because we did not have the time to which they took 35 bucks off a night but the room was extremely tiny especially for 4 people. We barely had room...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"I got the Panaramic view 38th floor and it was amazing! It was such an easy process from beginning to end! Security, front desk, restaurant, and greeters were all terrific at showing you how to run the elevator and I appreciated the extras to access the rooms by #of elevator when going to your room, no buttons to push and the extra security measures inside the hotel and outside! $35 a day and eating in the restaurant or charging to room was extra convenient! All over a great experience!"
