"Room was clean, staff was very polite, pool appeared dirty however it was too cold to swim. The hotel needs to be reconditioned. Elevator needs a makeover badly...workout area is unusable. Overall ok but in need of updates"

"Absolutely charming, nostalgic mom’n’pop hotel. Right in the river. We sat, drank our coffee, and watched the boats pass from our porch. The room wasn’t large but wasn’t small either. It’s an older property but the room was neat, clean, and nicely updated. Bed was comfortable and we had no problems at all. Ms Carol and the staff were warm and friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Perfectly out of the way and peaceful but with plenty of options for enjoying the river. We’ll be back!"

"The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. "

"What a nice room for a holiday inn. So clean. Dove body products - lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Very comfortable bed and pillows. So quiet! Great coffee and breakfast. I would stay here again hands down. If you’re looking for budget friendly that is comparable to any of the well known brands, this one wins. "
