"I am very amazed by the standard of service and the quality and cleanliness of the room. The staff were very helpful, although we had to check in late, the self-check-in process is very easy to navigate, and we feel very comfortable even having to check in on our own, as the process is smooth. "I really enjoyed this hotel - it is an experience! The rooms are comfortable, almost luxurious….the breakfast buffet is amazing, they have a nice spa/sauna, and a reasonable (albeit just essentials) gym. The neighborhood is quiet, so no noise, and easy walking distance to parts of Cologne. Note: the front desk is rarely staffed, which is a key gap in case of emergency needs or scheduling changes."
