"The royal orchid, one hotel has always been my go to hotel when visiting Guam. I have noticed over the years that the hotel is that a rundown state. Upon check in I was greeted with a very warm and welcoming staff. Very kind and professional. "Restroom sewage backflow, terrible odor. Shower water is very slowand leaks on the shower head, requested for assistance but no one shows up."

"The staff there were pleasant and helpful when they could. That being said, this hotel did not match the pictures at all. Room was dark and gray and the bed was very hard. When we asked for 1 extra pillow, they said they didn't have any more. (There's a Kmart, like 2 miles away, so it's not like they didn't have the opportunity to get any.) "一番最初に案内された部屋が本当に無理だった。洗面所がカビだらけ。どうにか寝ようとしたけど、深夜2時まで寝れず、部屋を変えてもらった。変えてもらった部屋はなんとか大丈夫だった。カビは気になったけど。その時に対応してくれたスタッフはとても良い人だった。あと、オールインクルーシブって書いてあったのに、何回問い合わせても対応してもらえず、嫌な気持ちになった。あの表記はやめてほしい。結局ゴールドパスを買ったけど、良いなと思うところは別途請求が多かったから要注意。ホームページには書いてないからずるい。ちゃんと書くべきだと思う。"
