"The cabin was clean, the fridge was cold. The bathroom was updated. The patio chairs were comfy! The food was unique and delicious! I highly recommend!!"

"The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!"

"I was beyond disappointed with my stay. My cabin was infested with stink bugs, ants and spiders. I could not sleep at all because I was constantly killing bugs , I dozed off for about 20 minutes but was awaken by a spider crawling on me. I had to toss my food because once I started eating a stink bug landed on my food. I had to end my trip early because I could not stay in that cabin once it got a little lighter outside I left I couldn’t shower and had to cancel my plans for the next day because I could not properly rest. I lost so much time and money what away to spend your birthday, not to mention they failed to tell me ahead of time about the fire ban that they knew was in place."
