Due to a delay in travel we arrived very late to a warm welcome at this beautiful boutique hotel. The architecture and furnishings are beautiful and the staff were warm and friendly. Right near the Arco with plenty of good restaurants. The only negative is that there is a bar on the first floor that was quite loud. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Staff , very professional polite and attentive to Customers. Only low score is ( water in shower not warm enough and hardly came out of faucet ) If this is improved it would be great for guests.

Cuando busque la estancia le puse 4 personas, decia aqui por este medio que ofrecian cama con otro sofa cama y sofa, solo había 1 cama y un sofa y como eramos 4 personas tuvimos que pagar otra habitacion, tambien había un desfile que no.podiamos sacar del hotel nuestro coche y no nos avisaron, esperamos 4 para poder sacarlo e irnos.

El hotel es muy bonito, muy céntrico, fácil de llegar y muchas cosas que hacer alrededor, fuimos al estadio de fútbol caminando y nos hicimos 15 mins, el único detalle es que el bar que está abajo tiene música hasta la madrugada

Me encantó el inmueble y su ambientación, las recámaras son acogedoras por los muebles que corresponden al estilo de una antigua residencia burguesa. Tiene hermosa iluminación, el personal sumamente servicial. La ubicación es insuperable, por la cercanía al poliforum cultural, la sede de la feria, el centro histórico. Superó mis expectativas!!
