"We had a great weekend getaway. The room was clean, the kitchen area was spotless. The mall was right across the street. Dining options were close by too. Highly recommend."

"The room was clean, Bar was closed when we got there at 10:30. The forth floor smelled like wet rug and there were a lot of drop ceiling tiles missing. The air conditioner was loud and made a strange noise every time it turned on. I only stayed one night so it was bearable."

Went to the front desk and inquired the staff member was very nice and made an extra effort to look for a wine bottle opener but none found. Had to go to local Wal-Mart and purchase a wine opener. Check in was easy the deal we originally had was I believe for 1 room 2 queens around $200.00 ish dollars when we got there I asked what floor we were on she said the 4th floor so with Expedia deals sometimes you get the higher level if floors 3rd or 4th floor I was not pleased with that since we just drive 2 1/2 hours from San Antonio Tx the kids were ready to play and so I asked if we had a lower floor...

"The staff was rude and unhelpful, the room service did not touch my bed in 5 days, towels replacement was not every day, trash was ignored, Shower head was broken, window shade was stained. I have photos off all of this and the dirty hallway complete with used Q-Tip. Gross place and rude staff."

Bajo mínimo siempre, cuando ibas a desayunar no yacía nada, ni café, huevos revueltos los servían de poco a poco, nada de fruta ni embutidos, platos desechables, cubiertos igual y mesas sucias, tenias que pedir que la limpiaran."
