Hotel murah di Les Carpes de Vilalba

"In the evenings there are 3 restaurants with a nice variety. Also, room service. We went to restaurant on the second floor and were seated and given menus BUT when we wanted to order we were told we had to leave and go eat in the restaurant on the first floor. Very Rudely told. there were other people sitting there eating...no explanation just we don't serve that here.... maybe it was the time...but why give us a menu that you aren't serving. The down stair restaurant is more for evening...

"Breakfast was great. Check in took ages as first even tho we arrived at Park G Gate 6 at 11.15 the first shuttle didnt arrive till after midnight. Then the room cards wouldnt work in the lift or room, and that took ages to sort out. Staff were understanding and let us check out late without a penalty fee. Unfortunately room was very hot and couldnt get cool mode to work on aircon. "

"Refreshing the room , sonority, cleaning the upholstery all over the hotel (room, restaurant, front desk, etc) wouldn’t hurt I strongly suggest indicating that parking is not free on whatever platform peoples are reserving there! My questioning is why hide the 11€/night charge upon check in (not a big deal for us) for parking from a pompus receptionist that could not help himself telling me that it’s nowhere on platform that they show the charge for parking,,! It just give the impression of...

"Relatively close to airport. Beds are not very comfortable (sloping mattresses) and pillow menu not available when we checked. Toliet and shower rooms are only opaque glass partitions, so if you’re sharing with someone you’re not super close to, fair warning. Mostly business related guests, so hallways were quiet. Staff are the best part of this hotel. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Secured parking under the hotel is convenient as well."

"Well, let’s just start with o real rating - they advertise themselves as 5 star hotel but by average American standards it’s between 2-3 There no traditional hospitality standards we are all used to ( Vegas , NYC , Miami , Boston ) equivalent to 5 stars Rooms are very small and odd shaped , bedding is Ramada Inn quality , no tubs. Heating or TV were not working in our room and staff did not care to come and fix it Pricing of more than 400$ per night is ridiculous and frankly insulting...
