"Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux."

Am nächsten Morgen, als wir unser Zug um 7:33 hatten und am 7:05 unser Schlüssel zurück gegeben haben, war das Personal sehr hilfreich und wir konnten unsere Koffer dort für den Tag lassen. It is an exceptional small boutique hotel with excellent helpful staff, a very comfortable modern well-appointed room (ours had a balcony to sit on), brilliant location on a quiet street that is walkable to the historic center, a convenient nearby carpark, and a great breakfast. The Hotel de Tourny made our stay in Bordeaux very pleasant and comfortable. "
